Refund Methodology
Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment. If you paid via UPI or Card, the amount will reflect in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Store Credit
In certain cases, we may offer Store Credit instead of a direct refund. Store credit never expires and can be used for any future ritual purchases.
Failed Deliveries
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or multiple failed delivery attempts, a refund will be issued after deducting the shipping costs.
