Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through Ekomstore (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Returns

  • We operate a No Return Policy. All sales are final, and products once purchased cannot be returned.

  • Exceptions will only apply if:

    • The product is damaged in transit, or

    • An incorrect product has been delivered.

  • In such cases, customers must notify us at care@ekomstore.com within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

  • If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions for sending the item back. Any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Refunds & Replacements

  • We follow a No Refund Policy. Refunds will not be issued for returned products.

  • If your return is approved, we will send you a replacement of the same product in the same quantity at no extra charge.

  • A refund will only be considered in rare circumstances where a replacement is not possible (e.g., product out of stock or discontinued and If our product not deliver).

3. Exclusions

The following situations are not covered under this Policy:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Failure to follow product usage instructions.

  • Claims made after the 48-hour window.
